How can I open KDJ 500? Do I need to clean rotary knobs from inside, because both "high frequency EQ" knobs are getting spikes, without touching them. Like +100% - +70% all the time... This is not good...

Now I used the debugger and it led me to a piece of code that caused the problem, a simple construction comparing _TempSerialNum with Me.SerialNum or something like that, and obviously there went something wrong. So I deleted that piece of code, compiled it again and it works like a charm. here are the binaries for 64 bit, just a very bad hack but better than nothing

KontrolDJ.NET 64Bit.7z

Hello everyone,
I am just a newbie at this Dgital Djing world and i would like to ask for your support and help. I am just a new onwer of a Kontrol one.I run it with a Sony Vaio W7Pro/I5 laptop and with Traktor Scratch Duo. After my installation through your notice and the helpful Topics of this Forum i found out that some buttons doesnt works as should be at the Kontrol one.For example: The complete SFX section doesnt works as the Button for searchin/scroll the folders/Tracks. Maybe i have done something wrong or i understand some things not so fast thats why i wrote this new topic. To be honest i am looking for a mapping to the classic kind of DJing.Just 2 decks or 4 ,SFX section and easy searching the music.
Thanks for your time and your support.

Kind Regards
 ;)Leon

OK
please mister Luis, reaction,

every body liked a lot your product when used, KDJ 500
it seems that after a few years some parts brake, this is expectable

I think it's a very bad policy to just ignore all the posts concerning spare parts,
indeed since 3 months I'm waiting fo an answer to my 10 messages, posts and so on, ...
and I've seen you answering regularly to other posts,

what is your idea?
do you think you can just ignore the facts and carry on selling your new model without caring customer service?
is it so difficult to order a bunch of parts? we can pay for them,
but main thing is to respect customers and give answers

We know you do most of your business on the internet so I'm very surprised you don't care about customer reviews.

Please, give answer first, then organise a spare part service,

thanks in advance
